Aoa. I Am unmarried and on Tab yaz for oligommenorrhea/ clinical pcos.. i had my periods om 6th dec and took tab for 21 days.. now i am on 7 days gap and its my 3rd day but i am having no withdrawal bleeding.. is it normal to have no withdrawal bleed ?? I do have pms like mood swings but no bleeding.. it is stressing me out

YES its normal to hv delayed or absent periods wth PCO-but since u r on COCP-u need to hv a check at ur Day 2 LH and FSH,also prolactin ,testosterone,thyroid hormones and sugar-derangement of these also occur leading to absent bldg even if u r on COCP-hope this answers ur query...

I did all these labs before starting yaz.. n my lh fsh was mild deraanged.. do i have to repeat all these again ? And how do i knw about day 2 if have no periods ?

But they were very mildly derranged. N all my other labs were normal.. endocrinologist told me that that biochemically its not pcos.. should i wait another 4 days for withdrawal bleed to occur as it is just 3rd day today ?

follow above Precautions strictly long term ,try to have less salt ,Suger ,Oil and Spice in diet .
have more fruits , vegetables ,plenty of water .
-try to avoid unnecessary medications .
