Talk to Immunologist on Chest Infection In Newborn

AoA... My daughter is 47 days old MashaAllah and since yesterday, when she's feeding, I've been hearing sounds coming from her chest afterwards. She doesn't have flu, so could this be a chest infection??? She only gets uncomfortable after feeding, not otherwise. She spits out curdled milk after feeding and she's on formula milk. Please suggest some remedy or drops. JazakAllah
