Talk to Infectious Diseases on HIV Medicine Viral Load Not Undetectable
Asking for Someone Else, Other, Male, 39 years old, Karachi
A friend, male, aged 39 tested pos+ in December 2025 for HIV (7 months ago) and in consultation with Govt Hosp he was put on ART therapy and had been using 1x Pill everyday (Siropil).
In Dec 2025: CD4 Levels: 224
In January 2026: HIV Viral Load: 11,000 (Dow Lab)
In July 2026: HIV Viral Load: 23,000
The issue is that the patient is so stressed because earlier he was negative back in early 2025. And this disease progressed so fast and even after properly taking medicine his Viral Load has doubled!! He will soon take CD4 test again..
Kindly recommend good Dr in Karachi and also what tests can be done for right medicine to be used.

Is this patient taking any medication or not ? Is this patient medication on fixed time , what other test is done ..is symptoms worson or not , what about last cd4 count. Is this patient taking multivitamin along with is medication, or ppi ? These all Questions need to give .or take appointment we discuss all case
