Salaam, I have recently tested positive for coronavirus with mild symptoms. For now, I just have dry coughs while oxygen saturation is at 96. So, I started taking Azomax 500mg tablet but after I had my first pill, I have pain in my right side of the body just around the lungs region (it also gets worse every time I cough). Is that normal (as in the side-effect of the tablet - I haven't had any medication for the past 4 yrs if my memory serves me well) or do I need to be concerned about and stop taking any further doze. Guidance on this will be appreciated. Thanks in anticipation.
hi you fall in the category of mild covid, continue taking symptomatic treatment,stop Azomax as it's an antibiotic and won't help in viral infections, for further queries you can consult me online, Thanks

This might be pleuritic chest pain.
Stop azomax. Get a chest xray. Start panadol or naproxen for pain for now.
