Talk to Infectious Diseases on Pain After Testing +ive For Coronavirus

Salaam, I have recently tested positive for coronavirus with mild symptoms. For now, I just have dry coughs while oxygen saturation is at 96. So, I started taking Azomax 500mg tablet but after I had my first pill, I have pain in my right side of the body just around the lungs region (it also gets worse every time I cough). Is that normal (as in the side-effect of the tablet - I haven't had any medication for the past 4 yrs if my memory serves me well) or do I need to be concerned about and stop taking any further doze. Guidance on this will be appreciated. Thanks in anticipation.
