Please help me understand is there any way to protect oneself from STIs and STDs after risky exposure without waiting for test after window period?

yes everyone have on period of time
for Hiv must start in 72 hours, 3 drugs combination TLD .
HBv both vaccination and immunoglobulin in 24 hours but upto 14 days can received. in hcv only monitors month and 6 months, gonorrhea give single inj, for chlamydia only 7 days course of single medication, for trichomonas take single medication, for syphilis need monitoring for test .

May Allah mercy you! All diseases do not have widow period. A few infectious diseases can be prevented by taking antibiotics pre and post exposure.
