Talk to Infectious Diseases on Temperature Last 29 Days But Still No Improvement

My brother is 32 years old. He developed a fever on 21 July, for which initial treatment was started. However, despite treatment, his condition did not improve. His initial blood tests did not show any significant abnormalities. Tests for typhoid, malaria, and bilirubin were negative.

One doctor advised a chest X-ray, TB tests, and a CT scan, but all of these investigations were also normal.

During his latest check-up, the doctor advised blood culture (C/S), CRP, and ESR. All other reports are attached, while the blood culture report is still pending.

So far, despite consultations with different doctors and multiple investigations, no definite diagnosis has been reached.
