Since last few days I am having pain in stomach and some part of abdomen ( I can't figure out exactly where). Previously it was bearable but now it suddenly becomes intense. Constant Nausea and constipation are also there. My mensuration cycle is normal. I used to have such issues due to stress but this time it has really intensified and I am managing stress quite well these days. What else can be the possible cause?

dear patient you should take Tab Flagy 400mgs 3times a day. with meals for 5 days ,tab motilium. 1/2hr before meals. and syrup lilac 30 mls at night with Isphagol husk in warm water at bedtime
