Talk to Internal Medicine on Anxiety, Urine Problem, Insomnia, Tremors In Body

I was porn and masturbation addict from 8-9 years. But left this habit completely by a Nofap Challenge From 7 October 2024 Now the day is 210.But the problems i am facing are worse that i am unable to sleep sometimes i fall asleep but not for a long then awake then not able to get sleep, stomach gas issues, tremors all over the body i think due to weakness, urine problem just after urine i feel there is urine left and i have to pee again facing from July 2023 . Please suggest me a treatment that could be helpful as i am very depressed now unable to take part and enjoy normal life as my life was when I was a addict now Allahumdlialh left this addiction but i want to get rid of these problems Please help!!!
