Talk to Internal Medicine on Autoimmune Disease, Inlfammation In The Body

I had a history of muscle weekness and fatigue, had muscle biopsy few years back- no special medications were suggested by doctors. Only lutivit plus I take upon some advise of doctor for the past years and no noticeable changes were observed but i was able to manage so far. BUT for 2, months severity increased. A Rheumatologist had run some tests, which results i am refering here for the advice. December Report 2024- CRP (C-Reactive Protine) value is: 15.7 mg/dl, ESR value is: 35 Mm/hour. Februrary Report 2025- ESR value is: 55 Mm/hour, Rhematoid Factor (QN) is positive with value:16.2 IU/ML, Creatine Phospho-kinase (CPK) is: 414 U/L. My doctor advised me to take following medications for 1 month: Oxyclor, Evion, Beta nmn, Muline and Neurobion. I need your urgent guidance, as currently these medication are not effecting my body seems useless.
