As our teacher Prof. Dr Amir khan posted that according to investigations, he needs to be hospitalized and dealt with multi-disciplinary approach including Pulomonolgy, Endocrinology and Critical Medicine. Such patients can't be managed at home and online. Plz take him to hospital for furthur management.
