Actually myre husband ko kal sham sy swear cough horae ha. Aur spit me blood araha ha. Thick dark blood. Aur ye kal sham sy 3rd time achuka ha. Aur khansii bohat shadeed hotii ha. Jab b hotii ha. Aaj mene test karwaye hain. ESR. CP. LFTS. CHEST XRAY. TO shukar ha ALLAH ka SUB theek ayen hain. Lakin SGPT KI RAnge thorii c zada ha. Like 138 ha. Kindly suggest me further kiaa krun. Sorry for long detail.
If these tests are normal possible hai unhen koi viral chest infection ho aur excessive coughing se blood aya ho. And also possibility of atypical chest infection jis mein chest xray normal b hota hai aur liver k test abnormal ho jate. Better to see a physician / Doctor to get check up and also consider getting Hepatitis B and C screening for abnormal SGPT. Thanks
1st thing is he is a smoker or not and whether there is fever or not.if sgpt is raised it could br either because of infection or bcz of other causes .what is INR and platelets reports .get viral profile and US abdomen
