Talk to Internal Medicine on Blood Pressure, Pain In Body

My father is 64 years old. 4 years back, he suffered from minor brain hemorrhage. We got him checked from Dr. Haroon Rasool (Cardiologist Doctor Hospital) & Dr. Nasrullah (Neuro physician Neuro Clinic). They both told that it is minor and need to move on by keeping the BP in control. Since then he has episode of body pain especially on left hand, leg & foot, weakness and now a days BP get high (150/100) in Night. Need advise to whom in Lahore, I should get him checked.
