Salam hope everyone will be fine. I want some suggestions. I have head l, forehead, shoulders and spinal cord pain for 3,,,4 days due to which i m facing laziness and i m a mother of 1 toddler & a 11 months old baby, as my baby was born in previous year & after his born about 2 months later my left feet thumb in totally numb to till. Kindly suggest me that which test i should be done? and also tell me the cause of these? Let me clear that my both babies were born through normal delivery. Thank u.

There could be different reasons for these problems. The most likely causes will be sleep deficiency, nutritional deficiencies and anemia. Try to improve your sleep as much as possible. Secondly improve your diet (high protein like meat, liver & eggs, milk, fruits etc). Get a CBC and Random blood sugar test in the meantime.
