Talk to Internal Medicine on Chest Pain

Assalam alaikum, i am a 24 yr old female from Karachi. I am having chest pain since 4 months dailyy. Never ending. What might be the cause? Have gone to several doctors they don't diagnose anything, just comment on my weight and tell me to reduce weight. It started after my grandmother passed away, can it be related to stress. I'm totally fine now, though! Taking no stress only mild anxiety. It usually circulates in left area of chest and stays the wholee day. Kindly reply!
