Talk to Internal Medicine on Chest Pain

Assalam o alaikum,
I am an international student in the US, and am having this problem from couple of weeks just wanted to take Doctors advice.
From past couple of weeks I am having severe pain in my chest which also sometimes move to my arms. This pain last shorter for sometime where as for sometimes it is even there for entire day. Other than this, sometimes I don't have strength in my legs.
I need some advice on this because I am graduating and I don't have insurance and consulting a doctor over here is kinda expensive. I don't have nay previous history.
would b perfect if you could visit a medical specialist in your area.

how about yoyr blood you count your pulse rate
.how much time your phone you can spot nearby doctors do help free of cost in these places..

Thank you doctor for your reply and sorry for the late reply. This pain is usually when I am at rest, also my food intake is normal 2 meals a day. Its a small town and I know that there aren't any Muslim doctor over here. I don't smoke and do not have such habits.

Try to make your own food ,less junk and processed food more vegetables plus fiber,
no late night meals,avould soft drinkds and alcholol .Take over the counter antacid ,also omeprazole 20 mg is available without prescription but still if your pain persists or you get dizzy spells ,pain that awaken you at night or starts after exercise then you must go to ER.

Yes once a day omeprazole 20 mg will be enough ,30 mins before breakfast or at sleeping time .th I is available over the counter .If not then get antacid syrup along with tablet femotadine 40 mg will work for you .
