Talk to Internal Medicine on Chest XRay Report

Yesterday, my father had itchy skin on his chest for about 10-15 minutes, possibly due to the weather. He decided to get an X-ray. He has a habit of getting regular check-ups every 6 months, and Alhamdulillah, he has no health issues Here is X-Ray report Results Can any body please tell me what is Interstitial Prominence means? He has Normal SPO 96-97, we have a SPO Device at home Xray Report 1-Interstitial prominence is noted in the both lungs likely age related. 2-There is no definite collapse, consolidation or discrete nodular opacity in bilateral lungs. 3-There is no pneumothorax. 4-Bilateral lung apices and CP angles are clear. 5-The cardiac size is within normal limits. 6-Both hemi-diaphragmatic and cardio-mediastinal outlines are normal. 7-Both hila appear normal. Trachea is in midline. 8-Regional osseous structures and soft tissue shadows appear normal. 9-No significant abnormality is seen in visualized upper abdomen.
