6 months ago i have a lot of hypertension 180 I perform medical tests urea and creatine,lipid profile and kidney x ray. My cholestrol is 283 i take medicine rovista and finally got I am good but my cholestrol levels after sometime increases with physical exercise also and i feel very tired Please suggest me something

well labs are pretty make sure ur weight is normal & u are u taking dietry precautionary measures as well as exercise.
