Iam been facing this issue for years that usually my hand and cold are too cold even in summer and I also felt a lot discomfort in my hand and feet. I do walk and exercise also for temporary after exercise it's feel warm but after few minutes it's cold again. I also felt lazy all the time. what is the cause kindly do help me what issue Iam facing right now and whats the solution... I also went to doctors but all in vain
