Assalam o Alaikum and mje many months se cough ka problem hai and yeh theek e nai ho rai. Mje about 7 se 8 months se chest ke right and left side per pain hota hota hain. Kabi chest ke niche and kabi upper. Maine apni ecg echo cbc kervai wo normal. Mje kuch dino se bhool bi bohat lag rai hai. Mje oral thrush bi hai Thora sa. Mera 8 months pehle 6 kd weight bi loss hova Tha 6 4 to 7 months Mai. Meri body ki bones bi dard kerti hain. Kindly help me
