The patient is a diabetic individual, diagnosed for approximately 8 years and currently managing the condition with a small dose of insulin. Four years ago, the patient underwent bypass surgery. Three years ago, the patient began experiencing persistent coughing. The patient works in the gold industry, where they are frequently exposed to acids and high temperatures used in the process of melting gold.
Despite consulting multiple doctors, the patient continues to experience symptoms. Recently, the cough has worsened, and the patient is now also experiencing visual disturbances, including darkness in front of the eyes, muscle aches (described as body stretching), and increased mucus production.
The patient is currently on the following medications:

Aoa!get a chest xray also a blood cp test and Liver function test,stop anti-histamine,as it will produce more thick secretions in chest and makes cough worse,as a he is diabetic so his eye checkup should be done.
