Hi, I am diabetic for about 7 to 8 years. Also has high blood pressure. Though not off the charts , I need medicine when I am not following a healthy lifestyle. depends highly on diet. I try to improve but need strong follow-up. I need some consultant for regular follow-ups, possibly on n weekly basis. He's or she is probably a nutritionist or an endocrinologist. Thanks.
