I'm a 26 year old male, I recently got my test done of BMD and Vitamin D.

My vitamin D levels are 15.9 and I'm diagnosed with osteopenia.

is it reversible, how can it be done? how critical the condition is?

Yes, it is reversible. Majority of Pakistani population is Vit D deficient. You need to start taking Vit D and Calcium. You can Take Cap Indrop D 042-32591427, IU once weekly for 4 weeks and then monthly for 3 months. And Tab Cac 1000 plus 1 daily.

not all osteopenia leads to osteoporosis,
if ur BMD doesnt fall into category of osteoporosis, thn u will need to follow following strategies to prevent from osteoporosis..
avoid smoking if smoker
eat healthy balanced diet along with fruits and vegetables,
daily intake of Calcium and vitamin D supplement
daily exercise including walking jogging.

Exactly, as answered by my other colleagues, it's a reversible disease and can be treated easily... Just increase a bit sun exposure (sun burns in summer), increase the dietary intake of diets rich in vit. D and calcium like eggs, pulses and milk, have regular exercise for at least 30 minutes a day and along with that take calcium and vit. D supplements as mentioned by my colleagues in their comments... Also if you are on treatment for some other chronic illness, the medicines needs to be checked as some can causes osteomalacia... If not on other treatments, follow the above advices

yes ,reversible. very common in pak communities with common complaints of body aches and pains and fatigue. This is moderate level of defeciency.
u have to take therapeutic dose than maintenance dose.Replace vit D along with calcium

In young males osteopenia is a bit rare. Start Cap Dan D fity thousand IU once a week for 5 weeks. Get your CBC, TSH, Calcium, Testosterone and Anti TTG done
