Assalam-o-Alaikum, 2 months ago, I had surgery for anal fistula (fistulotomy). After surgery, I developed a spinal headache (rare case) and wasn't able to walk properly facing alot of dizziness thought it could be effect of spinal headache. The doctor said it would resolve in 2 3 days with caffeine. After 2 3 days, I also got flu. Then I noticed dizziness(not going), hearing loss in my right ear, and tinnitus (buzzing sound). The doctor first thought it was a side effect of antibiotics and advised me to stop them.
After a week, my hearing didn’t return, and dizziness continued. I did an audiogram test (bone + air conduction) and visited an ENT. He said my eardrum had become curved and advised steam inhalation. Steam gave temporary relief, but the issue remained.Bone conduction works (I can hear by tapping near the ear or through phone vibrations).Air conduction is lost (I can’t hear normally through the ear). Now I also feel occasional headache and eye pain on the same side as the ea
