I read your complains, do you have GERD issues like nausea vomit or abdominal fullness or burning, Hx of fever. TB contact? Reply then i will send you next plan.
do u have history of TB in the family?
what is ur profession?
any investigations dear ne other then this blood CP report?
do you have any seasonal variations?
assalamualaikum
do these tests further
ESR
SPUTUM FOR GENE XPERT
chest x ray
repeat blood cp with RFTS and serum electrolytes
we will work for TB
and how is your appetite ?
you reports suggestes effects on kidneys too, and having low potassium which can be caused by vomiting . I need further information regarding any diarrhoea, excessive urination too. I would suggest take plenty of water .
now cough is more related with your reflux, and need further information like any acid taste in mouth , food regurgitation.
the chest xray is very important at this stage first to see changes.
AsalamoAlaikum I am surprised how can doctors say that your tests are ok . You have raised creatinine along with decreased potassium. Kindly elaborate your history , need to know more about your personal and past medical history like smoking , increased urination, Diarrhea , body cramps , high Blood pressure and use of any previous medications or if any previous chest X Ray done . Weight loss despite normal intake of food is alarming . Kindly need some me more tests . Kindly repeat your RFTs , spot urinary protein to creatinine ratio, BLood sugar fasting , HbA1C , Ultrasound KUB ( kidney , ureter , Bladder ) and along with that you need to get your complete physical examination again . Kindly get all the things done and I am sure inshaaAllah we will reach some diagnosis . Regards
