Talk to Internal Medicine on Due To High BP Nose Bleeds
Asking For Sister, Female 40, sargodha
My sister is suffering this issue from 10 years after her delivery. She gets high Blood pressure occasionally and then her nose bleeds. After that she goes into unconsciousness.
We had checked her from many specialists but we can’t diagnose proper issues.I have attached her recent blood tests.
Need a proper specialist.

Two main things need to be done, firstly optimise her BP medicines to control her BP, and secondly get examination of the nasal cavity by ENT to look for any local causes and treat accordingly.

Check her daily blood pressure for 2 weeks. If persistently high. Visit an internal medicine specialist. If blood is within normal limits. Visit ENT specialist. The above work up is normal except TLC which is high may be she had infection at that time. Describes her full history about other issues like Diabetes , kidney issues. Socio economic history. Family history. Also give details of unconscious? Did she have been examined by healthcare professionals while she was unconscious. If the nasal bleeding is persistent contact ENT specialist.
