It seems you have reflux problem. Any family history of heart issues? Do you smoke? I would advise to take stomach tablets (nexium 40mg) once a day and continue gaviscon. If still no improvement better to visit doctor and get investigated. Thanks

Wa Alaikum Salam, I am sorry to hear about your problems and I can see it must be distressing for you. What I get from you is that you may be having two different problems like;
1. Chest and back pain
2. Indigestion/dyspepsia
Sometimes these two problems can also be interrelated but to establish that I need to take a detailed account of what’s happenening for the last few months.
To begin with in order to keep you comfortable, I would recommended you to take;
Panadol 1gm three times a day
Omeprazole 40 mg in the morning
And you can continue with Gaviscon if you want

May I please know the exact age of your baby boy?
Are you working these days?
Do you feel any burming in the Center of your chest or overt your foodpipe?
Any acid taste in your mouth especially early morning?

In order to get to the bottom of it I need to ask numerous questions and I assure you that it does not look like something very serious and can be addressed in the most appropriate way after having a detailed account. For that if you feel like you can contact me on my wtsapp zero threethree three five five eight two eight nine two or my UK contact as zero seven five eight seven three zero six one five six
Get well soon
