Talk to Internal Medicine on ECG Check And Chest Pain

I have been having weird chest pains for two years now. Got ecg twice and this is the last one. The pain lasts like 5-6 seconds and disappears on its own. Chest xray is also clear. What could be the reason? I got this checked from my GP, she suggested nerve painkillers. My left arm also has this electric current like feeling sometimes. Age is 26, female. An ortho I saw suggested physical therapy saying it could be cervical pain. My father also had cervical spondylitis for almost 10 years. Which doc should i visit? Vitamin D level is 11.4 and vitamin B12 is mildly deficient 185. Thanks
