august 2024 mein weight gain k capsule face on liye thy bs 3 din khaye saans phulny lg gya tou chor di us k baad se urine mein protein aa rahi hai urine har time bubbly hota hai or tab se ankho k nichy swelling har time rehti hai dehydration b nahi hai 184mg/day protein in urine other test like rft , cbc , lft , acr ,upcr normal just minor high serum chloride and minor low sodium bicarbonate yeh sary test april 2025 mein complete kiye hein 3 months se note kr rahi hun k pehly sirf ankho k nichy swelling rehti thi ab subah uthny par upper eyelids par b swelling hoti hai please help me

It seems that weight gain capsules has caused some damage to your kidneys that caused leakage of protein that time but your latest PCR is normal 24 hrs urinary protein is just little bit high .you can be put on some medicines to decrease protein but that detailed history and examination is required
