I'm having a problem for quite a long time that in the winter mostly when I'm not sweating for 4 to 5+ days consistently I start having warm Neck, face & forehard Sometimes felt like it will burst but after some time it starts getting better & I feel like there is no problem.

Have u checked your temperature with a thermometer at that time? if it shows fever then it is something to worry about, otherwise its just a feeling of warmth which occurs in winters when the body tries to regulate its temperature compared to the surroundings. Get your TSH checked.
