I'm facing speedy heart rate specially after walking up at morning and after having tea etc plus have been facing numbness in my arms & legs.Apart from this I've very poor ability to tolerate cold, premature graying of hair severe pain in my joints & loss of concentration.,have been going through this all from last 8 or 10 years. looking for guidance/prescriptions from the doctor community
