Talk to Internal Medicine on Feeling Shakiness After Using Toilet

Assalamualaikum, I hope you are doing well, I have a question related to a condition which my mother is facing from some days that after using the toilet her whole body started shaking and she felt so weak. this condition lasts for about an hour and than things goes back to normal. Is it due to her blood sugar level drops or is it due to the heart beat changes due to change in pose. The info which I got from her is that her heart beat increases, the whole body shakes especially the lower part of the body and she feels cold. I would be very happy for your response on this condition. Thanks

Does this happen only at the time of using toilet or other times when she tries for example to get out of chair or to walk upstairs? What medical conditions she is already diagnosed with besides hypertension and diabetes type 2?

Thank you for your reply. According to her, this only happens after passing stools, not while urinating or under any other conditions you mentioned above. She also doesn't have diabetes. She believes it might be due to low sugar level and that she needs to eat off times if weakness happens. The shakiness typically occurs about 10 minutes after using the toilet.
