Since when are u having these symptoms? any dizziness? vertigo? nausea? vomiting ? loss of balance? ear pain or discharge ? hearing loss? constant loud noise exposure? taking any antidepresssnts or any other medicines for another illness ? There can be many cause of ringing in ears do complete history is required.
