mere feet mein burning sensation needling hot hai pain bhi hota hai hand mein bhi same situation aj doctor se consult kiya gujar Khan se he said it's nothing l said I took B12 supplement from 2 months said stop using B12 it can damage liver take them more then three days.. this is for diabetic patients... there is no issue but why my feet are burning pain from long time ...l am slim not fatty said you have no issue... can B12 can give me details answer
