ap test kerwa chukay hen urine culture n urine complete examination but the symptoms u describe showed after urination u have drops of semen

but u can do semen analysis prostatic usg n serum testerone level

but culture ma and cu ya show nahi huwa.and i didn't tell the doctor about this symptom?what should i do now?start treatment or any other test?(but kal before semen discharge for a second penis and testes ma dard huwa for a second)
