Talk to Internal Medicine on General Health Issue

AOA, I am not feeling well since 1 year and now looking for a good physician who can help me out regards these problems !

1: Shivering and sweats in my hands or sometimes complete body with coldness 2: Headache , sometimes not active mentally even during my get to gather with friends, Forcefully use of sense, sometimes feels like my brain is completely freeze, i usually forget some work or anything 3: Blood pressure low any time or sometimes heart beat becomes fast 4: Sometimes having stamina issues 5: My weight is 54 KG and my height is 5/9 and my age is 22 and i tried to gain weight through work out or serious mass nothing works 6: Sometimes while eating i feels like vomit 7: Don't feel well to do any physical work 8: Everytime i feel sleepy and my daily sleep is 6 to 8 hours 9: sometimes feel dizziness and everytime like a frustrated person don't like to talk anyone
