Talk to Internal Medicine on General Set Of Issues

I am facing a problem in my body, Symptoms are : 1. Pain in front of right shoulder and feels like blood has stopped moving in arm (Just happened today) 2. Cold hands (Happened twice so far) 3. Feels like brain not getting enough blood (Happened twice so far) 4. Unconsciousness; like my brain will let me get down, feeling of passing out. No headache. 5. Chest and neck muscles feels to be tired and weak. (For last 3-4 weeks). 6. Tingling on face and neck muscles. 7. When i eat something hard the muscle end of face which touches the neck and ears starts paining. I have taken CBC and all is good in that report. I personally believe that some pain in my neck is pressed or damaged. Anyone knows the reason? and which type of doctor should I consult?
