I am facing general muscle pain, specially lower parts of the body, muscle stiffness, and sever pain sole and leg muscles since last two years, less sexual desire. I have used multiple multivitamins like, Surbex Z, CAC 1000, Magnor (litle benifit), vitrum (litle benifit), Theragran Ultra (0 benifit).
I have been diagnosed multiple times with deficiency of Vit B and D specifically. (i will share medical reports later)
