Talk to Internal Medicine on Going For Urine Continuously

My mother has an issue today since morning 29-june-2025, going to washroom for urine continuously with small amount of urine repeatedly after 10 to 15 mins. SHE IS HIGH BP AND SUGAR PATIENT ALSO(PATIENT OF DR MUHAMMAD HASHIM IN DOW HOSPITAL). She got her ultrasound done on 29-may-2025 I'm attaching below. From past later days she had hospitalized in PAK INTERNATIONAL HOSPITAL for Imbalance of sodium, and having depressive issues also. Now she is stable alhamdullilah but she is facing weakness, pain in knees, and now this urine problem. Prescription we gave: CRANMAX 2 TIMES A DAY Please guide us to revisit you at dow hosp or what should we do next! Waiting for your response Dr Fakhar. Thanks.
