Suger patient from last 8 years. Mama ko almost 5 months sy forehead me pain hoti hai jo k theak nhi hoti kuch krnay sy kafi hours bad khatam hoti hai. Sath chakar bhi atay hain... kbhi 5 times a week yeh problem rehti hai.. B.P. kbhi kbhi high hota hai kbhi thek. B.P normal ho bhi jae to phir bhi pain rehta hai...kiya reason ho skti hai?

There are many reasons to be discussed, first take daily blood pressure readings twice for 7 days , then we can actually have an idea about her blood pressure. Secondly do her HbA1c , RPM,s/Electrolytes , ESR and fasting Lipid profile . Also add tab Ascard 75 mg daily in her drug chart .
maintain blood sugar chart, check fasting sugar, 2 hours after breakfast and sugar before finner.
