Asking for Self, Male, 46 years old, Multan
I have been experiencing headaches accompanied by dizziness during or after meals. I am also a known patient of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) for the past five years.
At times, I also feel discomfort and weakness in both of my arms along with my shoulders. My blood pressure remains within the normal range; however, on two to three occasions over the past three months, my blood sugar level has dropped to 67 mg/dL.
Kindly advise on the possible cause and recommended next steps.
At what time your sugar level drops? Fasting or After Meal?
