Talk to Internal Medicine on Health Problem And Conceiving Problem

My question is that i do many cbc tests for a year in all tests my hb is normal but wbc always elevated (11400 to 13000) and MCH ,MCHC always slightly low other parameters like platelets, monocytes,lymphocytes,esnophils always normal .i feel shortness of breath sometimes , body aches and tongue sores for few days but they heal and again come . i am married for 3 yeaes i tried for baby but no concive i have one miscarriage history one year after marriage but after this still i have no baby i do some hormones test like (Fsh,LH,TSh,AMH ,prolactin and testosterone)all test normal but Testosterone level is low 0.01 ng/ml i gained wight 72 after miscarriage i do many diets but no lose weight i face these health issues . My question is that is it possible low testosterone level in female cause always elevated wbc , slight low mch , MCHC, shortness of breath ,tongue sores and infertility. Please guide me.
