AOA, Whats your height and weight? Have you ever been checked for H. Pylori and Did u get an U/s abdomen to rule out any fatty infiltration in liver? Is there any other symptom like weight loss, increase urination ?

Your BMI is 38. It’s morbid obesity and your symptom of delayed gastric emptying can be explainable due to this. But still you should get LFTs, CBC , U/S abdomen and stool for H. Pylori antigen. Then we can further explore management options. Till then you may take motilium pre meals to improve your symptoms. Thanks

Blood test for h pylori is not reliable. It will still be better if you get stool test for H pylori.
