Talk to Internal Medicine on High Blood Pressure/Cholesterol, Insulin Resistance

I have High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol, Insulin Resistance. I take Rosuvastatin 10mg daily for high cholesterol. My cholesterol levels aren't very high & remains in normal range with Rosuvastatin. I've come to know that Statins increases the chances of diabetes but Pitavastatin is not like other statins & doesn't affect insulin sensitivity. As I'm already insulin resistant, Pitavstatin shouldn't be more suitable in my case? Thanks
