Talk to Internal Medicine on Hypertension

My bloodpressure found high at site during random checking. It was 160/110. Dr suggested me Losartan 50mg, blood pressure didn't cane down less than 140 after Dr suggested to add losartan 50+12,5 hcl that makes me pee too much and dizzy and evenings light headaches. Lipid profile is excellent, electrolyte test is ok potassium n sodium in range HBA1C 5.6 but still my bp is not getting down less than 140/90. My height is 5.10 weight under control @68 to 70 many years and I am maintaining healthy life style to maintain my blood sugar by regularly monitoring, that includes walk and weight exercise.
