Today he used much water but not any solid feeling difficulty in talking and nervous took to FIC Faisalabad where test report showed Na level 117 injected slow normal saline and offered high salt diet after some time get better but heart beat mostly showing 40 to 50. Already using some heart medicine. Should he be made check up from you.
