Talk to Internal Medicine on Increased Sweating From Palms And Soles

I have excessive sweating in my palm,soles n armpits.sweating is not related to hot weather.it occurs in Winters too n esp if the outside weather is humid.also any type of excitement or adrenaline rush makes it bad like getting happy or excited, talking to new people etc.i hv tried aluminum based anti perspirants but no help.m v v worried.please help in whatever way u can.dont wanna go for Botox.
