Aoa hi i was suffering from constipation mean while my anus are starting pain and itching its been 1 month it feels like a some lump infection i try to brust it but nothing comes out no blood or pus in stools please which medication will help me to treat that JazakAllah

you are probably suffering from hemorhoi ds, avoid constipation  drink at least 3 lts,of water with raw vegetzbles salad and isphagol husk to avoid it .... you can use hemorhoidal cream for local application , sitz bath for relief and consult a general surgeon to grade severity

Dear
I am sorry to know about the trouble you are having with your stools and bowels for quite some time. Although it’s purely a matter of surgeon but after reading to your complaints and looking at the image it looks like you are having either of anal fissure/fistula or abscess
For now start taking lots of water, vegetables and fruits with fibre
Syp duphalac 2 TSF daily
To keep your stools soft and avoid constipation
Take GTN(glyceryl trinitrate) suppository
Use lignocaine gel to relieve pain
Consult general surgeon at the earliest to get yourself examined
