Talk to Internal Medicine on Iron Deficiancy

Actually about a 2 years , i do nails biting too , a dermatologists saw my nails ,nails were abit up words dr suggested me to to some tests all were normal apart from iron , he sId its very low, it will have alot of negative effects in the future, he wrote me fefol vit for i think a year . I took it for 6 months and after a break i took it for 1,2month.. thn i stopped it , i have used iberet for 1 month last year ... during last year my plaque increased , a Desntised told me that if u take iron medicine plaque Is created and it intensifies too
