assalamuaikum... my serum iron level is 19.3 microgram/dl and my ferritin levels are 2.72ng/dl which are quite low...i am also suffering from stomach gas issue causing restlessness in my brain... also i am feeling depression and anxiety like symptoms ... my brain doesn't feel at rest its always something happening in brain...i feel restless...last night it happened that when i lie for sleeping my brain was like fully filled and felt like ye phat jaey ga dimagh...then i got up from bed and Start walkikg with severe anxiety
