Talk to Internal Medicine on Is It Okay For A Liver Chirrosis (Chronic Hep B) Patient To Take Panadol For Fever?

My question is for hepatologists and Gastroenterologists. My uncle suffers from Liver Chirrosis caused by Chronic Hepatitis B. He gets fever every now and then. He has been told by many people that in case of Fever he should avoid Panadol and instead should take Ibuprofen syrup. Is this true? Will be thankful for the guidance of the experts here.
